About Me
Heyyyy! My name is Theo Beene and I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I just recently graduated with my BFA in Acting at Utah Valley University. I’ve been known to be incredibly chaotic in an endearing way and because of that I am drawn to roles that showcase my comedic timing as well as my crazy self.
I am a transgender actor who feels very passionate about representing the trans community. I want to pave a path for young trans actors and normalize trans people within film and theatre. Some of my favorite roles I’ve played are the chaotic and drunk Stephano in an adaptation of Shakespeare’s The Tempest and Mr. Kraler in The Diary of Anne Frank.
When I’m not doing theatre I really enjoy playing movie soundtracks on the piano and cello. I also have a strange obsession with spreadsheeting all of my travels. I love to travel! My favorite color is currently green but it will probably change within the next few weeks.
